Erik L. Peterson

Mr. Peterson is a highly experienced medical malpractice and personal injury attorney who practices in Hawaii and California. He is recognized as a "Super Lawyer" and has received Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating for legal ability and professional ethics ("AV"). Mr. Peterson was selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society consisting of less than one-half of one percent of American Lawyers. He has successfully tried medical malpractice, maritime, wrongful termination, and automobile accident cases and co-tried a case involving a brain injured plaintiff that resulted in a $21 million verdict with interest and costs.
